Who am I?

Like dragons I am mystifying. I often hide my individuality in the words that I speak

 and in every action I make. My decisions are reasonably bizarre but I assure due

 thoughtfulness to others. My scales as a dragon are hard, but underneath is a insightful

 heart. If you dare to know the real me, it means you dare to understand others.
